Dell 2408WFP
In general Dell 2408WFP made a good impression on me: neat and attractive appearance, ergonomic design, great functionality and incredible variety of inputs, high contrast S-PVA matrix with good viewing angles, and accurate settings make it a wonderful choice both for home and office use especially for users unsatisfied with performance of TN–based monitors.

Positive features of the monitor include built-in card reader, HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces, and fault-free operation with 1080p HDTV signal – thanks to 1:1 interpolation mode the monitor reproduces it pixel-for- pixel which is essential for those who want to connect a game console or HD-player. The drawbacks of 2408WFP aren’t that numerous yet they can be found. First to mention is clumsy screen menu – the manufacturer had better think of simplifying the navigation and assigning some functions to ‘quick access’ keys. In addition customers striving for maximum accuracy of colour rendering may be disappointed with inconsistency of actual colour gamut in sRGB mode with a standard one.
